Since yesterday didn't pan out so well for us, we decided that today we would substitute our "healthy lunch" for another shake. We are trying to get back on track. Even though we jumped off the wagon yesterday we lost another pound. Now my husband has lost 6 pounds and I have lost 7. Today went a lot better. I worked out at the gym, 45 minutes on the cycle and 40 minutes fast walking and then tonight we went on a family bike ride for another 40 minutes. I feel good. I don't feel as "skinny" as I did before I ate my salad but I feel healthy. For the next 3 days we get to eat a healthy lunch. So this is actually going better for us. Not a lot of issues today.
